Attacks:

U-Turn -  After making its attack, the user rushes back to switch places with a party Pokémon in waiting.

Follow Me -  Draws attention to make foes attack only the user.

Payback -   If the user can use this attack after the foe attacks, its power is doubled.

Lock-On -  The user takes sure aim at the foe. It ensures the next attack does not fail to hit the target.

Protect- It enables the user to evade all attacks. Its chance of failing rises if it is used in succession.

Ice Beam The foe is struck with an icy-cold beam of energy. It may also freeze the target solid.

Shadow Sneak The user extends its shadow and attacks the foe from behind. This move always goes first.


Personality: Darin is a rather quiet man, often times preferring to observe others than really initiate interaction. As time goes on however, one realizes that interacting with people is necessary. As such, when speaking with others, he will be for the most part polite. Once past the initial introductions, if -any the patience- they will find a surprisingly animated person.


History: The Aegislash had a rather uneventful childhood, growing up with his mother and father peacefully within their small home. Oetul had been a thriving city at the time, the very idea of falling on hard times would never have crossed the child's mind. The storms were something you simply got used to, though he'd never particularly minded them. It was nice to feel the droplets of rain upon your skin now and then. His only concern was finding ways to skirt his familiar's nagging about his various choices in games to play.

It would remain this way, until the end of the island would collapse, cutting off supply of water for the area. Never before now had the idea of the rain been so precious, as things slowly fell from their peace. Limited water supplies would have families fighting one another in heat of keeping their own alive. The precious resource would at first be divided fairly in Darin's area, all getting a fair share. Unfortunately, when the supply ran low, it would be taken and hoarded by the higher up citizens who decidedly; would charge a practical arm and leg for it. Not wanting any part in skirmishes, Darin's mother and father would exhaust their income over time.

Now in his teens, the young boy would take to the streets in search of a new form of getting along. With all money going toward water, his family was forsaking itself of more necessary things. Such as food, or cloths. With each job offer clogged to the brim with others, he soon found himself resorting to thievery. Shaky, and being caught and dragged through various beatings, the boy would slowly improve his skills. The continual worried nagging of his familiar in his ears as he went.

Now, he is still a touch shaky in his skills, but has learned to utilize his move set for more successful work. He keeps his family fed, though always has an ice blue eye on higher things.


Familiar's Name: Act

Familiar's Personality: Act, in simplicity is a very picky sword. It's very protective of Darin, and will openly scrutinize anyone that comes too near the thief. Often letting off little remarks that it notes of each new person and their familiar. A snarky sword that only has the safety of it's gijinka in mind, even if it seems harsh. If you find the right words or praises however, it's quite easy to melt it's icy heart.

He wears thick, long clothing to keep warm, yet his body always runs cold in temperature

Very nervous around fighting types due to a 4x weakness from them

He has two long clothy tendrils coming from his neck, he wraps them around himself like a scarf to hide the fact

the hand-like pieces coming from his shoulder blades can indeed move, and grab like hands

He'll use his companion for close range, and long range attacks, by grabbing its tendrils and swinging it about similar to a ball and chain effect
 
always keeps the right eye hidden

likes small, dark spaces and can be found awkwardly cramped into them.
